The cattery is fully alarmed and has CCTV both inside and out so that we can monitor the cattery at any time of the day or night.

 

We offer a choice of branded wet food:

If your cat prefers store branded food, for example Morrisons, Asda or Tesco please let us know and we will make sure that we have that in stock ready for their arrival.

 

Alternative food or prescription diets must be supplied by the owner.

 

We will gladly groom your cats during their stay but you must supply their own brush and comb.

 

We will administer most medication if required.

 

Although we cater for all your cats needs you are quite welcome to bring anything from home that you think may help them to settle in.

 

If you are missing your cat or just want to know if they have settled in with us ok, we are quite happy for you to text or email us and we will happily send you an update with some photos.

 

Last but not least we have plenty of cuddles for your cats whilst they are here on their holidays.

 

All of the above is included in the price of your cats stay with us.

 

 

We also offer a collection and drop off service for our customers who do not have transport.

There will be an extra charge for this service.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR DROP OFF AND COLLECTION OF YOUR CATS.

 

Dropping off and collection times are by appointment only.  This is to ensure that each of our customers has an equal amount of time to settle in their cats and discuss any requirements with us.  We ask that you keep to your allotted appointment time to enable us to do this.  If for any reason you are unable to keep to this time we would appreciate it if you could let us know and we can make alternative arrangements with you.  Please note that drop off and pick up times are to be no later than 15 minutes prior to our closing times. May we please ask that you park responsibly and avoid blocking our neighbours driveways.

Prices are charged per day and include the day that you drop off and the day that you collect.

A £20 deposit is required on booking and this is non refundable or non transferable.

 

PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY CATS FROM THE SAME FAMILY CAN SHARE A ROOM.
