Hayley Roberts - August 2021 Absolutely fantastic cattery! Second time my three have stayed here and Steve went well out of his way to accommodate my cats for the dates we needed. I had updates during my holiday, with photos of how they were doing, cannot recommend this cattery enough! Already booked in for another 2 holidays next year.

 

S Millington - August 2021 We've been using Cuddles Cattery for almost three years now. Gail & Steve are fantastic and cat-mad like us! After every stay at Cuddles, Jeff is happy & healthy and has obviously been very well looked after. Everything from food, bedding, litter, toys & bowls provided. The rooms are exceptionally clean. Safety of the cats is paramount with main door  kept locked after someone enters. The cattery has CCTV and all cats must be vaccinated before their stay. Regular updates and photos are provided on how Jeff is getting on during her stay. We always have complete peace of mind while we are away.

Atif Ullah - January 2022 5 star cat hotel ! Bella and boo loved being on holiday and I think they miss it ! They were both very well looked after and we were always kept to date with pics etc. Wouldn't have our fur babies anywhere else.

Emma Jones - January 2022 By far the best cattery in Manchester. We're more than happy to travel from Rochdale, safe in the knowledge that Mitzi is well looked after. She's pretty timid & has struggled in other, lesser catteries (when Cuddles have been fully booked) but she soon relaxes when she arrives to her 5 star luxury here. It also makes our time away so much more enjoyable, knowing that she is safe & happy at Cuddles. It's so important & makes such a difference xx

Natasha Bernard - February 2022 Cuddles Cattery is the best cattery we have ever used. Great communication, really helpful and went above and beyond to look after our cat whilst we were away for a few days, even offering to put her eye drops in after a bout of conjunctivitis! The premises are spotless, spacious and the added extra of a daily update/photo really helped put our minds at ease. Will definitely be using Cuddles Cattery everytime we go away now.

Tala El-Roz - February 2022 I have recently had the pleasure of booking my kitten Leo in with Cuddles Cattery. Although my booking was last minute due to failed previous arrangements, the Cattery was able to accommodate Leo. Cuddles Cattery takes care of your pets as if they are their own.I was nervous to leave Leo for the first time, but received daily updates and photos. Leo loves attention and Steve provided him with daily play sessions and affection. Steve really put my mind at ease as I found it very difficult to leave my pet for the first time- definitely recommend, feels like you’re leaving your pet in the hands of family!

Georgina Deacon - March 2022 What a wonderful cattery experience! First time leaving our Luna at a cattery while we went on holiday. Communication with Gail beforehand was great – she got back to my emails within 24hrs and answered all my questions. We were sad to leave Luna, but as soon as we arrived and met Steve, we knew she was going to be well looked after. The cattery is clean, modern, and very secure. The suite itself was spacious and well contained (no mesh!) so that Luna would feel safe. Steve asked us what kind of food we wanted for Luna, and reassured that she would receive plenty of fuss and cuddles during her stay. We even received updates while we were away and saw Luna pop up on the Cuddles Cattery instagram! All in all, it was the perfect cattery experience and we would definitely send Luna on her hols here again. Thank you Gail and Steve!

Gill Brennan - November 2022     I cannot praise this cattery, and Gail and Steve, who own and run it, highly enough - my cat Mae had until this year had to stay in some other larger catteries (only because Cuddles is so popular I hadn’t been able to get her in prior to this year!) and being quite a shy and now senior cat, she unfortunately didn’t do too well in the larger ones, and hid away for days which meant I hated leaving her. I now book much further in advance to get her in here (December will be our third visit this year), but the turnaround in how confident and contented she is with Gail and Steve is just unbelievable, she’s out wandering and exploring when it’s exercise time, and I can just see how much she loves staying there from the FB and Insta posts and Steve’s WhatsApp updates, and how kind they are to her. I won’t even consider leaving her in any other cattery going forward!! It’s also just a stunningly beautiful cattery, it’s more like a boutique hotel!

Ross Mckeating - November 2022      Cuddles Cattery is fantastic! It was eight-month-old Chloe’s first time at a cattery, and I was nervous about leaving her. I looked around catteries in the Greater Manchester area and Cuddles Cattery caught my eye. When I dropped her off, I was so impressed with the setup of the cattery. It is clean, modern and fresh. Chloe’s room was perfect with plenty of space and separate areas to sleep, eat, do her business and play. The glass PVC door to the room was great as it felt like she wasn’t locked away and could still see out. It was great to know that all the fury guests get let out individually every day to have some play time and explore.
Whilst we were on holiday Gail sent me lots of pictures and updates on little Chloe which was really comforting being so far away.
You can clearly see that Gail and Steve are truly passionate about what they do, and it really shows in the high quality of cattery they have achieved to offer.
I would highly recommend Cuddles Cattery if you're leaving your little ones for the first time and want a cattery that really goes that extra mile to ensure your cat gets cleanliness, safety, warmth, fun but most of all CUDDLES!

Victoria - December 2022     Einstein and Rembrandt stayed at Cuddles for 19 days- our first time leaving them for this long and we were so impressed. We received regular updates and photographs and were also told we were welcome to get in contact at any time. You could tell they were well cared for and the room and area generally was spotlessly clean and such a great area for them to enjoy. The real difference was when we collected them- they both looked so well and were their happy selves. Thank you Steve and Gail for looking after our boys so well and taking the time to update us.

Holly - January 2023    Excellent cattery, the best I’ve ever used! I had a wonderful experience from booking right through to collecting. I felt so reassured upon leaving my Cat Colin, the facilities are so modern and clean with gorgeous homely touches for the cats. Steve was so reassuring when settling Colin in and you can tell that Steve and Gail both have a genuine passion for cats and their cattery. I received regular updates and pictures of Colin whilst I was away and I could tell he was in great hands. Couldn’t recommend this cattery highly enough, will definitely be using again in the future.

Antonia - April 2023   It was my boys first stay at Cuddles Cattery for 16 days and I was so scared to leave them. They have stayed in catteries before however my boy Coco is so shy and gets really scared when he is somewhere new so I knew it was gonna be hard leaving him. My other cat Jellybean can be quite confident and likes to explore. Gail and Steve are lovely! They knew I was worried about leaving them but they sent me lots of updated through the weeks and reassured me that they were ok. It helps being able to take your own cat stuff in, we took the cats beds and blankets that smelt like home. The rooms are great, they have lots of space and windows to look outside. I would recommend if you are looking for somewhere safe and comfortable for your furbabies to stay whilst you are away. My boy Coco settled after a while and jellybean enjoyed his daily walk around the cattery and looking at the other cats! We are booked in again for next year for another 16 days. Thanks again Gail and Steve! See you soon!

Gemma Beaumont - May 2023   We left our two cats here for 1 week and they were looked after wonderfully! The room was clean and cosy and Steve sent us regular updates with pictures so we could see how our babies were doing; both him and Gail were lovely to speak with too. We will definitely be booking here again next time we want to take a trip!

Lisa Beesley - June 2023   Amazing cattery, Steve and Gail are the best and always take great care of our 2 cats when we’re away. Been bringing them to cuddles since they were kittens and will never go anywhere else now. They’re also very forthcoming and responsive when it comes to arranging dates. For longer holidays we always book ahead but even when something comes up last minute, they’ll try their best to fit us in if they can. They’re doing an amazing job!

Menisa Carter - August 2023  First time using cuddles cattery for our Lola, was very pleased with the presentation of the rooms, looked like a little cat hotel, Steve & Gail was very friendly and we felt comfortable leaving Lola there, we was regularly sent pictures and updates which was amazing ! Megan Hallam - August 2023   This was my first time using a Cattery and I was really anxious to leave my kitten. From the first initial contact Gail and Steve were really accommodating and managed to squeeze us in. I was offered a little tour of the Cattery prior to paying my deposit so I could make sure that I was happy with everything. As soon as I arrived I knew it would be perfect. Each room is set up in the most beautiful way, plenty of toys, beds, blankets and all the things that are important. I collected my cat today and I couldn’t be happier with how she was looked after. I received photos and updates throughout the week which put my mind at rest knowing that she was in safe hands. Would highly recommend, Steve and Gail are clearly passionate about the work they do and this reflects in their service. Thank you so much.

Cerica Simpson - September 2023 A massive thank you to Steve and Gail for looking after my fur baby, they were both so welcoming for his pre visit and had a tour around the rooms of which he may stay in. I was very happy how the rooms were set up and how mine had his own allocated room. I was provided with pictures and videos of how he was getting on.
